iPhone 16 Pro Max screen goes black, but Siri screenshot can be heard

i have iphone 16 pro max and my phone screen goes blackout, but siri screenshot can be hear and have to do force restart to start my phone and i have battery health 99% and my phone is just less than 6months of use. why is this happening?

I would suggest you have your iPhone serviced at your nearest Apple Genius Bar or Authorized Service Provider. Because your iPhone is only 6 months old, you are still within the Limited Manufacturers Warranty, which if deemed will cover any manufacturers defects.
