How to restore just one music track from Time Machine back up?

One of my music tracks has suddenly disappeared from Music on my MacBook Pro. My music files are located only on my Mac, they are not syncronized with iCloud.

Is it possible to restore just the one missing track from my Time Machine back up, or do I have to restore the complete Music Library?

You can navigate to the folder where the track used to live, enter Time Machine, then restore the single file. If the entry is also missing from the Music database and you want to restore its ratings/play counts/playlist membership etc. then you should also restore the Music Library.musiclibrary package (highlighted above) from Time Machine as well. Music must be closed while you do this.
