Using Apple Devices for Windows, podcast episodes are shown as individual podcasts

I thought that screenshot would have been smaller. Anyway, Grooveelectric: Downloadable Soul is the name of the podcast. In the window on the right, only three episodes are listed and there are over 400. The entries on the left, like 'Funkypantz Unbound' are actually episode names.

Is there any way to fix this? I didn't have this issue on my old PC... I'm using a new HP Omni.

Also, when syncing I get the error message, "Podcasts on the iPhone “Phone Name” cannot be synced because all of the podcasts selected for syncing no longer exist".

This is using Itunes for Windows and Apple Devices. I also created a playlist for podcast episodes and I can't see where it is on my phone.
