Apple charged me after activating Apple One Family Plan free trial

I activated Apple’s 1 Month Free Trial for the Apple One Family Plan on 8/29/25, but instead of honoring it, Apple charged me $25.95, refunded both charges, and then cancelled all of my services (Music, iCloud, etc.). The trial terms listed no exclusions for past Apple TV, Arcade, or Fitness users. I’m asking Apple to honor the offer and restore my services — this is a clear case of a promotion not being honored.
