You aren't writing Apple here. This is a user to user only forum, which Apple doesn't participate, nor read for user feedback.
I've had absolutely NO issues with ANY of the updates on my iPhone 16 Pro or 16 Pro Max. And the vast majority of the millions upon millions upon millions of people who have an iPhone 16 model haven't either. Or this forum would be flooded with complaints, yet it's not.
You've identified a myriad of issues in your post. It's hard to tell what you, the user may have done along the way with your iPhone. At a minimum, I'd do a Forced Restart on your iPhone --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If this doesn't help, then you'd be better off scheduling an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for help directly from Apple --> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
