How to enable apps in share sheet those are not shown

Recently I switch to iPhone from Android. I’ve found a few things in iPhone that feel quite clumsy and not very straightforward to use:

Enabling apps in the Share Sheet – Many apps don’t automatically show up in the share sheet. Figuring out how to enable or add them takes unnecessary steps and isn’t intuitive.

Sharing photos to apps online – The process of sharing photos through the share sheet to third-party apps or online platforms is not smooth. Sometimes the desired app doesn’t appear, or it takes too many taps to complete a simple share.

Typing special numbers in messages – Entering exponential numbers (like 10²), fractions (like ½ or ¾), or other mathematical notations in messages is surprisingly difficult. There’s no direct option in the keyboard, and you have to rely on copy-paste, which is cumbersome.

Apple really needs to simplify these aspects to make everyday use more seamless.

Pls help the above queries.

You aren't speaking to Apple here. This is a user to user only forum, which Apple neither participates nor reads for user feedback.

Feel free to share your thoughts with Apple here --> Feedback - iPhone - Apple

I can tell you as a long time iPhone user, I have no issues sharing content to Applications, like photos, etc.

There are really three places you go to give access to apps for photos. The app itself directly OR in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos. And finally, Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Photos along with other things you might to have other apps access.
