Spotlight works slow, miss files, both iOS and MacOS

In recent two years every update make Spotlight worse and worse.

On Mac: slow, sometimes do not find a file even if i copy the name of file, i had reindexed twice and it didnt help. If it find the file for example "logo.svg" in previous years it showed correct preview 100% of times, and i could jump to folder with Cmd+return, now commonly no preview, gather my files under "photos from apps" instead of showing normal files as before, shortcut to open in finder do not work stable.

Prevoiusly spotlight was my pal, now he is sick. Any ideas beside re-index?
