Can't find the AppleCare+ coverage on the iPad Air setting

So I recently bought an iPad Air M3 and when I first set it up, the touchscreen was not responsive so I asked for replacement. Today, I received the replacement device, however, I cannot find the AppleCare+ coverage on the device's settings and coverage checker website.

If Apple has replaced your iPad under warranty, your associated AppleCare+ plan should have transferred automatically.


You would be best advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.
