MacBook Air M1 15 inch (2023) keyboard and Trackpad are not working at all

Try to take your MacBook Air to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air there. Not sure if you still have one year limited warranty or not, though.

A. Visit these Sites:

• Keys: If your Mac doesn’t Respond to Key Presses - Apple Support

B. Boot into Safe Mode:

When you boot into Safe Mode, items load by default, with certain settings and caches set aside. See what happens then.

C. Single-Out this User:

What happens when you create a new Administrator user? D o you still get this error? If not, then it it like an issue with the configurations of the current user. If so, then it is an issue of the entire macOS itself. in which case, you'd need to reinstall the macOS.
