Final cut pro 11.1 AV output greyed out with BMD device

Upgraded system to 15.6.1 and final cut pro to 11.1.1. Also upgrade BMD Desktop video setup to version 15.0.

Now the final cut pro can not AV output to BMD ultrastudio 4K mini. The AV output option is greyed out.
