Greyed-out icons after changing colour tint on iPhone

Hi,

while apps were updated, I changed the colour tint of the icons. Then few icons which were being updated were left out for their colour change. However, when I click the folder, that colour is ok. And other icons, which were pending for being updated, their icons colours are greyed out.
