Latest Update ruined the Iphone for me because of my near-blind vision

This latest update changes locations of items, changes the size of the main screen and I can't find a way to revert it. These last few updates have made the iphone far harder to use for anyone with vision problems.

At one time the Iphone was he way to go for handicapped people due to the many settings that increased it's usability for vision and hearing disabilites.

This latest round of seemingly unneeded changes has broken the use of the Iphone for many with Disabilities.
