Hello, is it possible to make a shortcut or automation for this issue?

On my iPhone i receive in the notification center messages from my Philips Hue security,

for example "Door is open".

Is it possible to make a automation when this text is received that i can, for example, play music on my iPhone?

So the alarm is better brought to my attention ...
