I changed carriers yesterday from Straight Talk to AT&T. Now, I can't receive texted 6-digit identification codes when I try to use on-line systems (Bank, Postal Service, etc.). I tell it to text me the code to my cell phone, but nothing comes through on my phone. I seem to be able to send/receive texts other than that.

Report the issue to AT&T those codes are sent via text message.
I've had some codes being sent to me an hour or two after I've requested it. I just find another way to get codes to authenticate myself.
