AirPods 4 not appearing in Find My after factory reset

Ive just got AirPods 4 from my sister, and she had them assotiated with her Apple ID. Ive done all the factory reset steps from the apple website. I only have an iPad for now but its stuck on iPadOS 17. And always when I connected them, I checked if they are in Find My, they just dont appear. But when I click ignore in BT settings, it says they will be deleted from all my devices connected to my Apple ID. What do I do for them to show up?
