Safari not showing up as an option in Always Allowed

For the past few weeks I've been using an app, Focus Friend, that limits the use of apps not on the Always Allowed list on my iPhone 15. Before yesterday I haven't had any issues, but randomly yesterday it started blocking Safari. Specifically, the app itself wouldn't be grayed out, but whenever I would try to go to any website, including just searching a question, it would block me. I tried to add it back to the Always Allowed list, but I couldn't find it on there at all. Not with the other allowed apps or the not yet chosen apps. I tried restarting my phone and double checking if my phone had the most recent software update, and that didn't fix the issue. I just want it to work the way that it did before yesterday, where I could use Safari normally while having other apps restricted, since I'll often want to look up stuff while I'm working.
