Bluetooth connection issues on iPhone 13 since ios 18.6.2 upgrade

Hi I noticed my Airpods Pro would not connect to my iPhone 13 since I upgraded to IOS 18.6.2

Then I noticed my car bluetooth connection to my iphone doesnt work either

My Airpods connect to my iPad Pro seamlessly so it's not the Airpods

I follow a couple of 'recovery' videos cycling bluetooth/network/iPhone

I can get my iPhone to connect by restarting it - then it will work for a day or 2, then it stops connecting - just grinds away again trying to connect to the bluetooth

Try and force restart the iPhone to see if the issues persist

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

Thx for suggestion, but Ive already done that ;)

Looks like after I use my iPad Pro with the AirPod, they will no longer connect to the iPhone

The only resolution I can find is to restart my iPhone then the AirPods connect normally ;(

This is *really* inconvenient as I use both devices all the time, and now I can't trust my iPhone to connect to the AirPods reliably ;(

The other issue Ive got is my car's bluetooth no longer connects to the iPhone ;(

Surely I'm not the only person experiencing this?

peter ~ Your iPhone 13 could be 4 years old and the long process of applying an iOS update to an iPhone with a weak, aging battery can be the proverbial "straw that broke the camel's back." (Often resulting in connectivity issues.) So...

Does your iPhone 13 still have its original battery?

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging
