Random iMessage text from random person, is it dangerous?

I found this text sent to me :

Hurry! It’s IMessages birthday today!!! If you send this to 12 people you get 120 new emojis!!! (It works) all you have to do is copy and paste This is a official message from Apple:

Send this message to 10 people to get the colorful keyboard. When you have done this, this tick will turn green:

For one I know that the messages are end to end encrypted

And that emojis normally release when shown in WWDC days and in the software updates

I’m just asking, is this dangerous or just a non harmful thing that people wanted to pass around
