Yesterday I purchased 4 or 5 songs on Apple Music. Today I went into Itunes expecting to see the tunes in my purchased folder but instead they are in my recently added folder??
I was trying to transfer the tunes to my external hard drive for use on my garmin.
Why are they not showing up in my purchased folder?

You are talking about Apple Music? Do you mean Store?
Check in iTunes if you are sign into the store and then you can download purchased songs

I was in Apple Music and I searched he'd for songs, clicked until I got a price, and clicked purchase. It may have taken me out of apple music at some point but that's how I made the purchases.
