I can approve purchases for my child on my MacBook Pro but not on iPhone.
Our whole family uses iPhones and the children are all added on the family section. Ask to buy is turned on for the younger children so they don't randomly make an actual purchase. I used to be able to approve the purchase from my phone, but now I get "Sign in with the apple account you use for family sharing", but on my MacBook, the same prompt comes up under messages, and I'm able to approve/deny there correctly. The same account is logged on to both, I've looked side by side and the settings are exactly the same, but just unable to approve/deny on the phones anymore. My wife's iPhone says the same message. I can't figure out where the disconnect is. I've signed in and out on the phone multiple times, even erased it completely and started fresh like I just got the phone. We both had the iPhone 13 Pro Max before and upgraded to the 16 Pro Max, with the same issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
