My husband's iPhone 15 Plus started putting what looks like a white piece of paper with top right corner folded down into the middle of his calendar reminders. I have an iPhone 15 , but do not have this issue. Our setting look to be the same. Don't know what caused this symbol to start appearing on his calendar notices.

Hello, the icon is most likely caused by a note or an attached file linked to that Calendar event. iOS adds this white paper icon to indicate that there is any note or attachment in the Calendar.
Steps you can check:
1. Open and edit the event
Open the relevant appointment in Calendar and tap Edit (Please make a backup if it’s an important document!)
If there is any content in Notes or Attachments, remove it.
2. Save and check again
If the icon disappears after making these changes, the issue is resolved.

It's a Calendar event of appointments he has scheduled. He doesn't use Reminders. He inputs his appointment on the Calendar
