How would anyone else see it to start with?
Your internet provider assigns you your IP address. So they have to know it. Without one, you cannot access the internet.
For your router, nearly all of them use an internal address of 192.168.0.1 (Xfinity uses 10.0.0.1). But, despite the fact 95% or more of home devices in particular use a local address of 192.168.0.xxx, no one can see those devices anyway because they're behind the router's firewall.
But, what are you trying to accomplish?
If the “other” is - for example - a web site on the internet …
… without “them” knowing your public-facing, WAN IP address, (assigned by your router) the data from the web site can’t get back to you.
It would be like dropping an envelope into a post box w/o any “to” address.

👍
As @Kurt Lang correctly mentioned earlier 👍
This IP address of the computer is hidden behind the Router
The Router is facing Out onto the Internet
The Computer IP address is Not
