How can I fix disappearing messages on iPhone 13 after it restarts?

Whenever my iPhone dies & it restarts, I am unable to view any text messages I received at the time. I can see the preview of the message come up on my Lock Screen before I unlock with my password, but as soon as I unlock my phone, the messages disappear. They do not show up in my thread….please help??? This is a concern that many have brought up to Apple & still we do not have a solution
