I bought my MacBook from Macao and I am living in Malaysia. I could not access my Apple Music from my Mac as it keep showing the image I attached. My location is enabled and it shows I am currently in Malaysia.

What is the account that is logged into AppleID? Did you login to your Apple Account yourself or did someone did that for you? Or where you living in Macao?
I give you an example. My Apple Account is set in my Home Country in Europe and I can only buy stuff from my Home Country Store. I now live in SE-Asia and if I want to buy from the local Store, I need to login with a new account or move stores
Unfortunately the Stores are not global but country / region specific.

The account that is logged into Apple ID is set in Malaysia. I login to my Apple Account myself. I bought my MacBook on a trip to Macao.
I checked my account and App Store and it shows my location is in Malaysia.
That is weird.
Question: When you bought your laptop in Macao. Did you login into your Apple ID there?
If so, Instead of logging out and trying again, contacting apple support and tell them what is going on.
