iPad A16 App Store connection issue after iPadOS 18.6.2 update

I don’t know why. Yes, I reset my internet settings, restarted the device, signed in and out, basically done everything I could. It’s brand new, I bought it from the Apple Store near me. I also recently updated it to the iPadOS 18.6.2 (22G100) update, I heard the first 18 update caused issues to users with the same problem here, so maybe that’s the cause? I hope I’m the only one facing this because it’s ridiculous. I can’t download anything despite all other services offered by apple are working perfectly fine. Any solutions?
