Oceanic+ app launch prob & IOS 18.6.2

After auto update of IOS 18.6.2 occurred on my iPhone 16 Pro overnight, the Oceanic+ App on my phone continuously fails to launch so I was unable to use my Ultra watch and my Oceanic+ iPhone housing while diving here in Yap. I tried to remove & reinstall the app. One time the app on my iPhone tried to sync and got stuck. Now it won’t launch at all. I reinstalled the app on my watch - @ first only snorkel option was available but the Scuba option reappeared on my watch and I tested it on land and it launches, so I’m hopeful my watch will work as my dive computer today. But without the Oceanic+ app working on my iPhone, I cannot use the iPhone housing which is super disappointing. I’ve had other issues with that - ideally one could launch the camera housing feature from the watch also. For now I’d settle for just basic functionality of the app and housing. Hope this all get sorted before we leave Yap.
