I am unable to install Facetime on my recently purchased iPhone

For some reason a month ago I accidentally deleted facetime and whenever I install it it says "Unable to install Facetime" the problem still persists and I need a solution. I just bought this device 2 months ago. PLEASE HELP ME I CANT CALL PEOPLE

Start here: Find or restore a missing FaceTime app - Apple Support

If not resolved by that, do you have enough free space? One reason why folks are deleting apps is insufficient storage, and insufficient storage can also trigger storage corruptions. Recovering from a storage corruption usually means a backup, factory reset, and restore.
