Ghost FaceTime group calls on iPhone

My phone rang then stopped. On my phone was displayed a FaceTime call with 2 other FaceTime contacts. It happened again the next morning. I tried to call (not FaceTime ) one of the contacts and it did the Group FaceTime thing again. Totally spooky and annoying.
