How to text all contacts in a group from Lists on iPhone 16 Pro Max?
I thought the purpose of creating/naming a text "Group" of several contacts in "Lists" within Contacts was to be able to go to that Group name, tap on it, and see all names instantly appear in the "To:" part of the text that I intend to send. I have everything activated in Apps and Messaging, but it doesn't work. It seems that all "Groups" in that "Lists" section of my Contacts does, is to act as a reminder of who you need/want to send your text to....I already know that. I created the "Group", so I could just type the name of the Group in "To:", and I'd see all of the names populate. That does not happen. I still have to enter each individual name in the "To:" field. That is a waste of time. Apple couldn't have been so short sighted as to create the Group feature for single-tap mass-population of names into the "To:" field, and not have it work that way. So, what am I doing wrong? I have an iPhone 16 Max Pro running the latest version 18 software.
