Apple moved my music files and I can't add them back to the app playlist

Apple moved my music files and I can't add them back to the app playlist. When I go to the folder containing the music files, and I drag a file to the open music app window, I get this message: Cloud Music Library playlists can only contain songs from your Cloud Music Library. How do I get these songs to show up in my Music app playlist? Or even access them to play them?

You use File > Add To Library... to add a folder and its subfolders to the Music library. Any track the library is already connected to will be ignored. Once the tracks have been processed and either matched or uploaded they will form part of your Cloud Music Library, and you can drag selected items from the primary Songs section of the library to any other standard playlist as you wish. Adding a track that isn't in the cloud, e.g. waiting, error, removed, or similar will general a prompt with a similar message to that above. Forcing the playlist to accept those tracks removes if from the Cloud Music Library, meaning it will no longer show up on other computers and devices.
