AirPods Setup incomplete and mismatch and sometimes not connecting

"AirPods Setup incomplete and mismatch and sometimes not connecting: Hello I have a problem with my AirPods Pro 1 that the setup is incomplete and that the AirPods are mismatched. I’ve tried to reset them and remove them from my account which none of them worked. The second problem is that sometimes one AirPod won’t connect even tho the battery is full I have to sit there and try to reconnect it for like 5 minutes which is annoying the connection problem started 3-4 months ago."
