Strange photo of self received in Messages with foreign background and Facebook friend requests

I recently received a photo of myself in Message. The photo was never in my library nor that of friends. I am shown wearing a unique blouse which I’d not worn for at least a year. The background is an unfamiliar outdoor commercial scene of what may be in a SE Asia country. (I have not traveled abroad.) There are names on a truck and stands with letters reversed. There is no verbal message other than SIMON written ordinarily in large black print along with a squiggle which could be the logo for the mall property chain.

I have also been receiving bursts of Friends requests from Facebook from individuals with foreign names. Maybe in Arabic? I am very concerned about this and don’t know how to remedy.
