iTunes on Windows 11 stops responding when switching to Library tab. Every other tab works fine.
It's been happening for the past several months, but it appears to be progressively getting worse. At first, it only froze when I tried to change the rating on a song in my Library. Now, I am unable to listen to my personal selection library, because within seconds of switching to the Library tab (Songs subtab), iTunes stops responding. Sometimes iTunes will even wait until I select a song before it stops responding, but the song will continue playing until it's finished. Strangely, all the other tabs work fine.
I have tried every trick I came across to solve the issue, but nothing works. These include turning off/uninstalling programs that might interfere with it, going into Safe Mode, turning administrator privileges off/on, reinstalling iTunes both from Apple and Windows, disconnecting my phone from my computer, stopping autosync, restarting the program, restarting my computer, and more. I am on the verge of permanently switching services because I like my apps working reliably.
