How can I verify FaceTime on iPhone XR apps?
my camera is working perfectly but i can not verify face time on any app except opay and my phone is on latest version

FaceTime is an app to make video calls. There's nothing to verify for it and it does not work with other apps.
Do you perhaps mean FaceID?
If so, have you set up FaceID in Settings ➜ Face ID & Passcode?
Can you successfully unlock your iPhone with FaceID?
What exactly happens when you try to set up FaceID with other apps?
