Blank Safari screen on iPad Air after OS update

As of this afternoon, Safari has quit working! I guess it’s most likely due to most recent update.

I’ve tried everything that has been suggested - type in a search and still a quick glimpse of webpage and then it goes blank! Works appreciate a solution please!
