Educational pricing, order days canceled

I bought online ipad, ipad mini folio and a apple pencil. i tried to order it with educational pricing, I even sent appl all the info, but the order status says it is canceled? Should i wait or should I place a new order

Did you try to have it shipped to a country other than the one the store you ordered from serves?

Did you try to have it shipped to a freight forwarder?

Apple will not ship products outside of the country in which they are sold.
