You would need to remove and re-add the Mail Account on your iPhone, which can be done in Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts > [select the inbox] > Delete Account, then Add New Account.
Go to Settings/Apps/Mail/Accounts, delete the gmail account, then add it back with the new password.
