HomePod installation fails at personal settings during setup

After 10 days am about to put this homepod to bed back in its box and get someone else to try make it work. I have tried everything but the install starts and dies at the ersonall setting part of install i have even disable icloud on my iphone. All iphone apple tv on latest versions. Loosing faith. Support bt phone only. Thats just crazy.
