Mail address linked to wrong name

My main business email appears recently to be linked to a completely unknown name. When I send an email, the recent see the email is coming from "Niel ". It should say "info@business.com". I have no records of Neil Mamet anywhere. The name is not in my mail address book or contacts and I have never had any mail from, or to, that name.

Can anyone explain how I can rid my email address of this name and get the correct business name connected?

I have reset the account, rebuilt it, changed the password. etc and contact the email host.

Thanks for your quick reply. The odd thing is that I have no knowledge of this name. I have never sent or received an email from him. He is not anywhere in my computer. But if I do a search within the mail app with his name it comes up with virtually every email in that account. If I send an email to my colleague on the next door desk it has always said it comes from info@business.com, but for the past few days it says it is coming from Niel Mamet, but it has come from me.

When you send an email, it is the recipients contact that substitutes the email address to a name they have in their Contacts/Address Book when they view your email.
