I want to reset my other iPhone XR because I forgot the screen password but does that affect all the phones and ipad i have because they all have the same iCloud account?pls answer

No, resetting one device even on a shared account won't affect the other device(s) on the same account. That said, Apple has recommended for more than a decade now, that Apple Accounts should NOT be shared, unless you are the only user of the account. Are you the only other user?

Yes, you're safe. Resetting the phone will not do anything to any of your other devices.

Then, you don't have to worry about the other devices being affected by resetting the iPhone XR.
Resetting the XR will not affect any of the other iPhones and iPads that you have......unless.....you were using the same passcode on the other devices that you were using on the iPhone XR.
If that is the case, and you cannot log on to the other devices, then they will need to be reset as well.
