Old iTunes account with daughter is causing her current iPhone info to bleed into my iPhone

Many years ago, my daughter and I shared an iTunes account that neither of us use. Now we each have an iPhone, but her contacts loaded and merged into my contacts, and when I send text messages, they sometimes go out under her name. Also, several pictures that she took in college (2010-2014) loaded into my iPhone. I have gone through all of my settings on the iPhone to ensure that everything is under my name/account, yet her name still pops up. For example, when I go into Contacts, her name is at the top. We must somehow still be connected, because she recently took her husband's name, and the new name is at the top of the contacts. Any suggestions on how to untangle this?

Did she ever created her own Apple Account?

If yes, did she log out of the Apple Account you used both and set up the iPhone from the scratch after disabling the Activation Lock?
