Track Changes username issue in Word for Mac

I am using Word for Mac to work on a collaborative document with Track Changes on. My changes/comments are being tracked under my username (which is entered in the Username Information tab with the ‘Always use this username’ option ticked) however when as soon as I save the document, my username changes to ‘Author’ instead. How do I fix this?
