Apple Wallet not working after software update on iPhone

Apple wallet quit working after software update. Went to the Apple Store to run a diagnostic and they could not find the issue. They had did a hard reboot and it still does not work. We had reset the phone, took the cards off and added back on. Still no luck. The Apple employee was not helpful with trying to find a solution. He just states that he asked his coworkers and chatGPT and no one seem to have an issue.
