Why do I suddenly have website metadata for my stored websites in my passwords folder

On August 20 I suddenly have website metadata files for (website) in my password folder. There are separate entries for all of my visited websites, all on the same day. I did not visit all those websites on that day. Am I hacked? Why did this suddenly appear?
