Mac Studio M4 Max | Audio Belch

Does anyone else have this issue. When my Mac Studio is going into any kind of locked or sleep mode, the speakers let out a loud audio-scrambled ...belch?! I don't know what else to call it. It's like a mix of 'error' sound on old Atari's, mixed with static. It's horrible sounding and it always happens twice.

I tried changing the audio-cable to my speakers (THX) but it still does it.
