Obtain details of Apple Card purchase

I purchased a new Mac plus a USB-C converter using a new Apple Card at the local Apple Storeand now I am trying to figure out the charges I see on the Apple Card statement. They don't make sense. How do I get the details of the purchase I made at the Apple Store?

Look at the actual receipt you got when you made the purchase.

As with any credit card purchase, the receipt from the retailer tells you what you purchased, and the credit card statement tells you the amount and where the purchase was made. Apple has no idea what you purchased with the Apple Card, and that is a good thing.

Apple recommends to keep your Purchase Receipt. In the Apple Store, you either get a printed copy or can choose to have it sent to an email address.

Did you order online or complete the purchase at an Apple Retail Store? If you purchased at an Apple Retail Store they would have offered to print your receipt or email it to you. If you opted for email it’s possible the address was misspelled when entered into the system. In either case, call the store and a duplicate receipt can be located using the date of purchase and the last 4 digits of the credit card used. The receipt can then be emailed to you and your email can be corrected in the system.

If you did the purchase with online Apple Store, call 1-800-MY-APPLE to request a copy of the receipt be emailed to you.

Nothing wrong with 12 mo interest free. 🤣

Just glad that you figured-out the “missing receipt” BEFORE you might NEED it for something in the future.

I’m sure your email addy just got fat-fingered.

BUT it’s also likely the same incorrect email is now mis-registered for your AppleCard.

This is DEF something you’ll want to sort out fairly soon, or you’ll likely encounter AppleCard / AppleCash / ApplePay issues.
