Incorrect Blood pressure readings on chart after deletion

Have OMRON BP cuff

used by spouse so not my reading

deleted incorrect readings from OMRON app

deleted data points from health app

still shows up as graph point in the health app??!

these points mess up the graphs and averages. Need this history so suggestions to delete the app and reinstall not an option.
