Black screen and camera glitching on iMac FaceTime

My camera is not working on my iMac. Upon opening Facetime, I see a black screen on the Facetime tab, and the green light is repeatedly showing and hiding for a few seconds until turning the camera off. I have tried using Safe Boot, but it just kept doing this.

Here are my iMac Details: (Just in case something might be wrong with the system)

iMac (21-5-inch Late 2013) running macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (19H2026)

Processor: 2.7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics: Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

Storage: Macintosh HD (892.6 GB available of 959.85 GB)
