Numbers issue with data pulling across between sheets

Hello, So I use the Numbers App to capture data whilst watching a football game, The sheet is set up with a number of rules/drop down options, which is quick to tap in when something happens in the game. The spreadsheet is set up with TWO sheets, First Half and Second Half. I want to create three other sheets, which will automatically populate based on the values added to the master sheets. For example, If in First Half, i select the following;

Referee

Application of Law

Careless

Correct

I would then want this data to pull through to a new sheet, in a list form so that when it comes to the post match de-brief the data is easily accessed by each tab. I would then have one set up for Referee, AR1 and AR2 as an example.

Can anyone help to solve this issue?

It is not clear to me what you are doing or asking. It might help if you put together an example with some made-up data and posted a screenshot (or several) of your tables showing what should happen. Until then I can't say if what you want to do is possible or not. I think it can, but I'm not sure. It might also be better to have one main table for the entire game instead of one for each half, but I'm not sure about that either.

It sounds as if you are making effective use of the Numbers interface in iPadOS to enable quick entry.

Pulling subsets of data from a main input table into tables on other sheets is much easier now with the new FILTER function.

FILTER - Apple Support

So I'd start with getting familiar with that. It's one of the new dynamic array "spilling" functions.

When you provide more specifics on your setup then we can give you more guidance on how you can apply it in your case.
