I have been trying to log into my MacBook, I know my password but they’re all saying it’s incorrect and I changed it and it locked my account

Read that forgotten password procedure deliberately.

Go slowly, read carefully, and “think twice” before you type anything.

That procedure covers a LOT of hardware and software configurations.

Some of those steps will not apply to your specific setup.
